CFMWS employees deliver programs and services including recreation, sports and fitness programs, customized financial services, retail services, access to retail savings and discounts and family support and charity events.The RoleAs part of a agile and dedicated team, a Fitness and Sports Instructor will lead Fitness, Sports and Aquatics programs for a highly motivated and professional clientele. Daily, you will develop, deliver and assess Tactical programs based on established employment standards to ensure the members of the Canadian Armed Forces can safely and effectively perform their duties in operations.Qualifications NeededCollege diploma or certificate in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Sciences, or a related field.Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification.Current National Lifeguard Service (NLS) Certificate, as required.ExperiencePreparing and conducting physical fitness training sessions.Instructing health and physical fitness training modules.Applying policies, procedures, and regulations.Evaluating physical fitness.Aquatics such as lifeguarding or swim instruction.Officiating at least three sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, racquet sports,
