You will play a critical role in optimizing processes, improving on‑time delivery, enhancing quality, and driving operational excellence.This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on building systems, improving performance, and leading teams through change. This position is for a newly created role.What You’ll DoOperational LeadershipOversee all engineering, supply chain, and production activities to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on‑time delivery.Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.Process & Systems DevelopmentDesign and implement Order‑to‑Delivery processes within ERP systems.Define manufacturing workflows, routing, capacity planning, and production control.Lead the development of centralized supply chain management (SCM) processes, including procurement and inventory optimization.Lead the implementation of standard configurable designs for engineered‑to‑order products.Continuous ImprovementChampion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (5S, standard work, process optimization,
