Job Summary

Research, analyze, and develop modifications to compensation programs to meet identified organization objectives and needs. Manage the documentation and evaluation of jobs, ensure accurate and timely administration of compensation for executives, sales and non-sales plans, assist in budgeting for compensation processes, and lead any special projects in the compensation space. Monitor competitive trends in compensation, review legislative and regulatory changes, and the organization's position to market by conducting surveys and analyzing results.

Develop administrative procedures and administer special compensation plans. Advise managers on individual salary treatment, explain how incentive pay is calculated and participate in development of compensation policy. Manage vendors in both the compensation and perquisites space and ensure timely payment of invoices.

This is an individual contributor focusing on compensation and perquisites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Compensation Design and Management

- Support the design and manage delivery of employee compensation programs, e.g., salary and market reviews, incentives for non-sales employees, sales incentives and commissions, executive compensation
- Provide financial, market,



and legal analysis and insights
- Model elements of proposed design and ensure completion of back and stress testing
- Update accruals quarterly with Finance
- Draft internal communications and guides
- Partner with leaders, Payroll, HR Business Partners and Finance as needed

HR Frameworks and Tools Contribute to the drafting of HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, compensation, and retention of talent, within the area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal and regulatory requirements. Enable the attraction, development, and retention of talent at a sustainable cost.

Job Analysis and Evaluation

- Contribute to the design and delivery of job analysis and job evaluation methods and processes via the use of the Korn Ferry platform
- Evaluate jobs using Hay Point methodology, taking appropriate action to ensure consistency of standards

Information and Business Advice

- Resolve queries from internal customers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
- Manage relationships with external vendors through adherence to internal policies.
- Ensure the timely management of invoices and perquisite vendor requests.

Personal Capability Building Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
