About The Portfolio Marketing Team The

Portfolio Marketing team supports AppDirect’s subsidiary Business Units by owning and executing integrated marketing aligned to each BU’s growth priorities. The team exists to build and scale a marketing engine that accelerates growth across subsidiary brands while preserving brand equity and aligning to AppDirect’s vision of simplifying how technology is bought, sold, and managed. While the team collaborates with Corporate Marketing discipline experts when appropriate, Portfolio Marketing is a distinct function with day-to-day ownership of BU marketing planning, prioritization, and delivery.

Our role is to ensure each subsidiary has focused, accountable marketing support aligned to Sales and Product, while selectively leveraging corporate capabilities to scale impact.

About You

As a Marketing Manager, you will serve as the primary marketing referent for an assigned subsidiary Business Unit - Firstbase. You will translate BU strategy into integrated marketing plans and drive execution that delivers measurable business results.





The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work once a week onsite and four days on remote. (*) Develop and execute integrated annual and quarterly marketing plans Own campaign strategy across digital, events, content, and enablement Collaborate with Product Marketing on product launches and go-to-market initiatives Establish campaign KPIs and measure performance against pipeline and revenue goals Translate business priorities into marketing programs with transparent ROI expectations Oversee external contractors or agency partners when applicable Present marketing results and insights to BU stakeholders Continuously refine programs based on performance data and Voice of Customer insights 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, telecom, or services ~ Experience owning marketing strategy for a product line, BU, or revenue segment ~ Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline impact ~ Comfort presenting performance insights and recommendations ~ Advanced understanding of marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and pipeline reporting ~ Experience designing and executing A/B tests and performance experiments At AppDirect, we believe that innovation thrives in an environment that houses diversity of excellence, experience and thought.
