The Director of Finance provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for finance (in collaboration with the Director of Finance and Reporting).

A solid leader, the Director, Finance will oversee accounts receivable,



accounts payable, payroll, capital assets, treasury functions, preparation of the financial statements, enhance systems of internal control and effectively manage staff. The Director has operational accountability and will provide creative leadership and oversight to all aspects of their portfolio while continually evaluating best industry practices in comparison to internal systems and services, with an eye toward both future needs. Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related clinical discipline.

Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in complex health systems, with direct oversight of budgeting and financial services. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, capital projects, and technology implementation. Strong knowledge of accounting guidelines, accreditation standards and regulatory frameworks.

Proven ability to lead teams through change and foster continuous improvement.

Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams.

Experience in Clinical Informatics, professional practice and/or project management. Strategically focused and an innovator with a commitment to continuous quality improvement. Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and objectives within specified time frames.
