Department:Human ResourcesReports to:Regional Manager, HR and OSHELocation:BothwellStatus:Full-Time, 1 year contractThe pay range for the role is $56,300 to $93,900.Position SummaryThe Human Resources Generalist provides vital support to the HR department, assisting with a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and delivering excellent service to both employees and management. This role is based at Bothwell Cheese and requires regular travel to Alberta Cheese in Calgary.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport two facilities including monthly travel to CalgaryMaintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.Assist in the recruitment process by supporting interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and supporting onboarding procedures.Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and benefit enrollment forms.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.Onsite presence,
