What will you do? Simply put, you will be responsible for maintenance and building operations. Below are some of the primary responsibilities that entails; we’ll discuss theothers in person:Carry out and/or supervise preventative maintenance and regular inspections on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems; Complete tenant service calls such as changing lights, heating/cooling calls etc. in a secure and professional manner; Oversee the appearance and safety of the properties; Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions/recommendations; Oversee contractors and ensure they abide by contract guidelines and project timelines; Respond to emergency after hours calls as required; Communicate with Property Management on building and tenant issues regularly; Maintain maintenance anddaily logs of equipment including meter readings; andMaintain keys and locks register.There are also some physical requirements associated with this job. Here are some of the fun things we’ll need you to confirm you can do:Bending, twisting, crouching, climbing and reaching; Move and lift equipment and supplies; andA combination of walking, standing, sitting and driving.
