Senior Analyst, HRIS and People AnalyticsPermanent Full Time Individual Contrib Toronto, ON, CASalary Range: $65,000.00 To $93,500.00 AnnuallyThis is a hybrid position based out of North York @ 243 Consumers Rd - You will work 4 days a week in office and 1 day remote.We’re looking for a talented and innovative Senior Analyst, HRIS and People Analytics to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards and Systems, you will be responsible for leveraging data and technology to drive strategic decisions related to our people, ensuring that Lifemark attracts, retains, and develops top talent and maintains a high-performing workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Data Analytics:Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making and help influence strategies and draw conclusions for stakeholders.Create and present data-driven reports and recommendations to senior management for talent-related strategies.You can analyze data and provide trend information to influence strategies and draw conclusions for stakeholders.HRIS ManagementUtilize suite of internal HRIS systems and internal data including, ADP, DocuSign, Talent Access Portal, Lifemark Patient SystemOversee and manage the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency and enhancements and compliance.Identify opportunities and collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement and improve HRIS system and processes and workflows.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.



Manage data privacy and best practices to protect employee data.Serve as a leading practitioner configuring the system for optimization of processes in collaboration with key partners.Develop and document HRIS best practices and standard operating procedures.Employee Engagement and RetentionImplement and manage employee engagement surveys and analyze results to help drive initiatives for improved retention and satisfaction.Develop predictive models for identifying and addressing turnover risk.Compliance and ReportingEnsure data and reporting compliance with relevant HR and labor regulations.Prepare and submit necessary compliance reports to external agencies.Cross-functional collaborationUtilize analytics to optimize recruitment strategies, including sourcing channels, candidate selection, and diversity initiatives.Measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-based recommendations for improvements.Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify training and development needs, measure learning outcomes, and evaluate program effectiveness.Establish and maintain key HR metrics and KPIs to track HR and organizational performance.Create dashboards and scorecards for senior management and HR leadership.We are looking forBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.At least two years of experience in related areas such as compensation and advantages, talent acquisition, training, and/or an equal level of experience working with data within another field.Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, R, SQL, SPSS or similar (e.G.Vlookup, macros, IF statements, pivot tables, etc.) with a strong analytical ability.Experienced creating data lakes, securely storing data, extracting data, creating queries,
