We are seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join the Direct Investing business to drive the successful delivery of Direct Investing initiatives. This role is responsible for leading the delivery of transformation initiatives at RBC Direct Investing, a leading‑edge digital investment business undergoing significant transformation. The successful candidate will lead project execution across assigned initiatives, directing all aspects of project delivery with strategic oversight, while maintaining awareness of business strategy and key objectives. You will work alongside product leaders, engineering, marketing, compliance, legal, risk and business stakeholders to navigate complex dependencies, remove delivery obstacles, and champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
