We are seeking a Manager, Power Platform & Modern Front‑End Engineering to lead the delivery and evolution of enterprise‑grade solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on modern front‑end technology stacks such as React, Angular, and Next.js. This role sits at the intersection of low‑code acceleration and modern web engineering.

You will be responsible for guiding teams that build scalable, user‑centric applications by combining Power Platform capabilities with contemporary front‑end frameworks, Azure services, and AI‑assisted development practices. The ideal candidate is both a hands‑on technical leader and a people manager, comfortable setting direction, reviewing architecture, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements.

Technical

Leadership & Delivery Guide teams in integrating Power Platform solutions with modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js) and Azure‑hosted services.

Establish architectural patterns for: Front‑end extensibility Secure and scalable deployments Drive adoption of AI‑assisted development (e.g., Copilot, code generation, system analysis) to accelerate delivery and improve quality. Review designs, code, and solutions to ensure they meet enterprise standards for performance, security, and maintainability. Manage and mentor a team of Power Platform and front‑end developers.

Provide technical coaching on:



Contemporary JavaScript frameworks Partner with Architects and team leads to ensure consistent delivery quality and technical alignment. Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them: Blend Power Platform with custom front‑end solutions where appropriate Lead technical discovery, solution shaping, and early prototyping efforts. Communicate tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Ensure client solutions are built with long‑term scalability and maintainability in mind. Help shape governance, ALM, and DevOps practices for Power Platform + front‑end solutions. Modern front‑end frameworks Azure and AI‑enabled development ~ Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). ~ Robust experience with modern front‑end technologies, including: ~ React (required) ~ js (preferred) Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.

Experience integrating Power Platform with custom front‑end applications and Azure services. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences. Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, App Services, API Management).

Experience with CI/CD and ALM for Power Platform and web applications.
