In this role, you will perform high-quality cardiac ultrasound examinations while delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical workplace.We are looking for professionals who are committed to clinical excellence, patient-centred care, and continuous learning. The successful candidates will have strong technical expertise in echocardiography and the ability to recognize and assess a wide range of cardiac conditions.Position ResponsibilitiesAs an Echocardiographer, you will:Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality transthoracic echocardiograms, including:2D imagingM-ModeSpectral and colour Doppler studiesConduct specialized procedures including:Contrast echocardiographyRecognize and document complex cardiac pathology and anatomical abnormalitiesEnsure accurate and timely patient data entry and reportingMaintain patient confidentiality in accordance with PHIPA and organizational policiesCommunicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team membersAdhere to infection prevention, patient safety,
