What you''ll do:Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance & OversightSupport the ongoing enhancement and operationalization of the enterprise TPRM framework, standards, procedures, and governance processesConduct oversight and challenge of third-party risk activities across onboarding, reassessment, monitoring, renewal, and termination activitiesCoordinate and support TPRM governance committees, risk forums, and escalation activitiesMonitor adherence to TPRM standards, operational SLAs, and regulatory expectationsSupport development and maintenance of TPRM operating standards and lifecycle governance controlsRisk Monitoring & ReportingDevelop and maintain TPRM dashboards, metrics, KRIs, and executive reportingSupport monthly reporting on vendor risk exposures, SLA breaches, incidents, outages, remediation status, and concentration risksTrack and escalate overdue assessments, unresolved risk issues, and remediation activitiesSupport development of board and committee reporting materialsMonitor vendor lifecycle activities and ongoing risk exposure trendsLifecycle & Ongoing MonitoringCoordinate cyclical reassessment activities based on vendor criticality and inherent riskSupport ongoing monitoring activities including review of:SOC reportsBCM/DR evidencecontrol attestationsSLA performanceincidents and operational disruptionsSupport governance activities related to vendor renewals, material changes, and exitsAssist in development of concentration risk and critical dependency inventoriesProcess Improvement & OperationalizationIdentify opportunities to streamline TPRM workflows, assessments, and intake processesSupport implementation of risk-based due diligence and assessment methodologiesPartner with Procurement, Legal, SMEs, and business stakeholders to improve process efficiency and accountabilitySupport workflow enhancement initiatives, automation opportunities, and tooling improvementsAssist with implementation of operational SLAs, escalation triggers, and remediation governanceStakeholder EngagementAct as a key liaison between ERM, Procurement, Legal, SMEs,
and business stakeholdersSupport first-line business owners in executing vendor governance responsibilitiesCoordinate stakeholder meetings, issue follow-ups, and governance activitiesProvide guidance and training on TPRM processes and requirementsWhat you bring:5u20138+ years of experience in: Third-Party Risk Management, Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, Vendor Governance, Operational ResilienceExperience operating within regulated financial institutionsStrong understanding of: OSFI B-10, operational resilience principles, risk governance frameworks, third-party lifecycle managementExperience developing governance reporting, KRIs, and executive dashboardsExperience coordinating cross-functional risk assessments and remediation activitiesStrong stakeholder management and organizational skillsStrong written communication and presentation skillsExperience with TPRM platforms and workflow tools (e.G., ProcessUnity, Archer, ServiceNow, OneTrust, Coupa, etc.) is an assetExperience implementing or enhancing risk-based assessment methodologiesFamiliarity with Operational Resilience frameworks, concentration risk management, SLA governance, vendor lifecycle governance is an assetRelevant certifications considered an asset: CTPRP, CRISC and CISAWeu2019re always looking for excellent talent!
