Position OverviewDivision:Imprint PlusPosition Title:Production AssociateReports To:Production Team LeadResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain printing equipment, including digital printers and other equipment, to produce high-quality name badges.Set up printing jobs according to specifications, including adjusting settings, loading materials, performing test runs to ensure optimal print quality.Doming, assembly, signs, name badges, and packaging.Monitor printing processes closely, inspecting printed materials for defects or errors and adjusting as needed to maintain quality standards.Troubleshoot printing equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly and prevent downtime.Coordinate with other team members, including designers, prepress technicians, and supervisor/manager, to ensure seamless flow and timely completion of orders.Follow safety protocols, use of PPE, and best practices to maintain a safe working setting for yourself and colleagues.Maintain accurate records of production activities, including job details, materials used, production times, scraps & rejects,



to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Participate in the preparation and execution of cycle counts during inventory counts or as and when needed.Assist in other areas of the Operations department as and when needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or related post‑secondary education.Basic knowledge of printing processes, equipment operation, and assembly.Excellent attention to detail, maintaining high quality standards under tight deadlines, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 35 lbs occasionally, performing physically demanding tasks.Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and familiarity with printing software.Job TypesFull‑time, CasualPay$19.00‑$23.00 per hourBenefitsCompany eventsOn‑site free gymOn‑site free parkingScheduleExpected hours: 40‑45 per weekWork LocationRichmond, British Columbia#J-18808-Ljbffr
