Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Clinical Director / Lead Behavior Analyst to lead our clinical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality behavioral services. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment focused on delivering compassionate patient care and promoting positive outcomes for children with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Supervise, mentor, and support behavior analysts, therapists, and other clinical staff to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.
- Oversee data collection processes to monitor progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and ensure accurate documentation within electronic medical records systems.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards related to behavioral health services.
- Conduct regular team meetings to promote professional development, share best practices, and foster a positive team culture.
- Maintain detailed records of clinical activities, patient progress notes, and incident reports while ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Experience

- Proven experience working directly with children in behavioral or educational settings.




- Strong background in special education principles and patient-centered care approaches.
- Demonstrated expertise in medical terminology relevant to behavioral health and developmental disorders.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems for documentation and data management.
- Experience in data collection methodologies to track treatment outcomes effectively.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience managing clinical teams or programs is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifitications

- Mandatory Certification/Registration: Must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB, and meet provincial regulatory standards to practice as a Behaviour Analyst in Ontario (Registered Behaviour Analyst / CPBAO registrant where applicable).
- Clearances: Must provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and proof of skilled liability insurance
- Mindset: Strong leadership, collaborative communication, and a passion for ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered care
