Job Title: Site Superintendent (Commercial and Institutional Construction)

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

- Lead all site operations from mobilization through project closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, site logistics, staffing plans, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement to maintain project milestones and productivity targets.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to Assistant Superintendents, field staff, and trade partners while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, remove operational roadblocks, and proactively resolve site challenges to keep projects progressing successfully.
- Serve as the primary site representative for clients,



consultants, and project stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships.

What We're Looking For:

- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor managing commercial and institutional construction projects.
- Proven experience leading projects valued between $10 million and $50 million, with responsibility for site execution, scheduling, logistics, and trade coordination.
- Experience supervising and mentoring Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety management, and complex site logistics.
- Healthcare or hospital construction experience is highly preferred.
- Journeyperson Trade Certification or equivalent field construction experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
