Senior Accountant (BBBH11880) Gatineau, CanadaSalary: CAD80,000 - CAD85,000 per year + additional benefits.PermanentJob title:Senior AccountantRole status:Current openingPosition:4 days a week onsite - Gatineau, QC.Our client: A large-scale North American organization operating within a complex, quick-paced corporate environment.Principal tasks and responsibilities include:Manage full-cycle accounting responsibilities for assigned entities, ensuring accurate and timely month‑end close.Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting working papers.Assist with quarterly and year‑end financial reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including analysis of key account fluctuations.Work closely with internal stakeholders across accounting, finance, and operations teams.Review fixed asset schedules, capital additions, disposals, and related reconciliations.Assist with audit support requests and documentation during quarterly and year‑end audit periods.Contribute to ongoing process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements.Support special projects, acquisitions integrations,
