This is a senior leadership opportunity within a fast-growing fund administration function supporting complex private markets clients. The role focuses on building, scaling, and leading high-performing fund accounting teams while ensuring best-in-class service delivery across fund administration operations. You will play a key part in shaping how modern fund accounting services are delivered, combining strong technical accounting expertise with operational leadership and client-facing responsibilities. The position sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and process optimization, with a strong emphasis on scalability, automation, and service excellence. You will lead both people and processes, driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement across a growing organization. Acting as a senior escalation point, you will also ensure complex client and accounting issues are resolved with accuracy and professionalism. The role offers the opportunity to directly influence the evolution of a next-generation fund administration platform.AccountabilitiesLead and scale fund accounting and fund administration teams, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance managementOversee workforce planning, capacity management, and resource allocation in alignment with business growthEnsure accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of fund administration services across client portfoliosAct as a senior escalation point for complex accounting issues and challenging client situationsManage client relationships, ensuring strong service quality, satisfaction, and long-term partnership healthOversee financial processes including invoicing, contract maintenance, and year-end audit coordinationMaintain and strengthen internal controls,
