In this role, you will connect with advisors and investors, resolving their inquiries with professionalism and care. You will handle queries regarding accounts, transactions, and AGF products.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries • Resolve customer issues both in-person and remotely • Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships • Work rotating shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM • Stay informed on AGF products and policies

Requirements: • Post-secondary education; Canadian Securities Course an asset • 1 to 3 years in a contact center role • Bilingual communication skills in English and French • Self-starter with positive customer service mindset • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
