As an Instructor - Clinical Nurse Educator, you will be a key member of the Clinical Education team providing coaching, mentoring and educational support to current hires as well as continued support to existing staff. You will be guided by your education, experience, demonstrated skill level and Alberta Health Services policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in supporting an integrated and holistic approach to the patient’s care, health promotion and health maintenance, as well as act as a resource for nursing staff to draw upon. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Fort McMurray Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $12,480. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.Description:As an Instructor, you will be an expert practitioner and key educator in support of both nursing staff and the multi-disciplinary clinical team.
