As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in our Specialized Assisted Living - Sherbourne program, you will deliver essential client-centered services that enhance well-being and promote independence. This onsite role involves working in a supportive setting with 24/7 staffing, ensuring quality care for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide physical and emotional support for client needs • Assist with activities of daily living and meal prep • Build empowering relationships fostering client dignity • Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe environment • Document care activities and collaborate with team members

Requirements: • Education in Human Services or a related area • Experience supporting seniors or vulnerable populations • Knowledge of medication management and psychiatric care • Certification in First Aid and CPR required • Creativity and flexibility in care delivery
