Position OverviewAs a Component Cleaner at OEM Remanufacturing, you will be responsible for efficiently cleaning and transporting incoming cores and components to ensure they are properly prepared for inspection, quotation, and assembly. In addition to this, you will play a key role in our contamination control by contributing to housekeeping duties and maintaining cleanliness in your area.CompanyO.E.M. Remanufacturing Company Inc.Number of Openings1Worker TypePermanentJob DescriptionCorrectly and efficiently preparing parts, including sealing all orifices and other protective measures.Cleaning components using high pressure washer.Mart, caustic, and/or acid washing a variety of product types without causing damage to parts.QualificationsMinimum of 6 months working in Wage Grade 1 or higher (internal candidates).Strong organizational skills and ability to follow work instructions.Ability to regularly lift and handle material weighing up to 40 pounds.Mechanical aptitude and background preferred.Must be able to communicate written and spoken English effectively.Experience cleaning components and high-pressure washing preferred.Previous experience in a heavy-duty equipment facility preferred.Condition of employment:
