A successful Customer Service Representative is a motivated self-starter who can work independently with a focus on results in achieving company business goals.Answer all incoming calls promptly and in a professional mannerMaintain good customer relations both on the phone and in personGather information from customers to help identify and solve problemsSell the value of our services and suggest upgrades to serviceConfirm, schedule and reschedule services for the customerSet sales appointments for new customers as requiredAnswer billing questions and assist in resolving AR disputesData entry relating to customer job setups, invoicing and credits as needed.
