River Rock Casino Resort is recruiting for an experienced, service-oriented security professional to fill the role of Shift Manager, Security. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective shift management. You will assist with the implementation of security initiatives, ensure adherence to all policies and procedures, motivate and lead by example, and provide a learning environment.ResponsibilitiesProviding leadership, direction and mentoring to the security operation on a shift basis as well as providing input for employee performance objectives and evaluationsProviding superior customer service satisfaction to all guestsScheduling security employees at some locationsAssisting in the implementation of security strategic plans as directedResponding to, resolving and escalating security issues as required; providing de‑briefing on critical incidentsReviewing inspection reports and taking appropriate action; escalating as requiredSupporting the administration of access/key control systemsConducting training for security operations; recommending training opportunities and efficienciesAssisting with internal investigations by providing documentation, interviews, etc. as directedProviding Theatre Operations with personal protection and/or additional venue securityMonitoring, documenting and preparing statements/reports on violations, unsafe conditions, potential hazards, suspicious persons and activitiesPreparing and submitting monthly Staff Resource Planning Proposals for special events and implements as directedCommunicating effectively with all appropriate operational departmentsDeveloping and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders such as guests, the owners, and employeesEnsuring compliance with licensing laws,
