As a vital member of Wesley’s team, your shifts are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 7 pm. You will play a crucial role in promoting independence in clients with complex needs while following behavior support and safety plans. Your ability to respond to emergencies and document care accurately will be key to this role. Collaborate with a dedicated team that fosters an inclusive and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients with life skills and personal goals • Maintain the cleanliness of shared living areas • Implement individual case and activity plans • Provide crisis intervention and support • Administer and document medication distributions
Requirements: • Degree/diploma in Social Services • Preferred experience in Supportive Housing • Solid communication and reporting skills • Flexible schedule availability • First aid and crisis intervention certifications
