Tactics and ExecutionWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s Degree or College diplomaIn pursuit of industry certification(s)5+ years P&C Underwriting experienceBusiness analytics- using data to drive business decisions.Knowledge and understanding of the full value chain of insurance including Underwriting and Ratemaking.Keen interest in challenging the status quo for constant evolution of our processes, ways of working to deliver on Aviva's ambitionsDigital and traditional marketing knowledgeProject management experience is an assetExcellent communicator and a natural collaboratorExperience with MS Office SuiteAbility to extract and play with data is an assetWhat You’ll GetThe salary band for this position ranges from $90K to $125K.
