Build marketing skills you can use anywhere by working on real campaigns across Vancouver.

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support live campaigns, client projects, and day-to-day marketing activity across Vancouver.

You’ll work with brands in technology, retail, consumer products, food and beverage, events, and business services. This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to learn how campaigns are planned, how brands communicate with customers, and how sales and marketing teams work together.

Your to-do list will include

- Preparing campaign materials, customer information, and brand updates.
- Supporting campaign schedules, trackers, and internal team communication.
- Helping with retail promotions, events, and customer-facing activations.
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing helpful observations with the team.
- Updating campaign activity and results in the required systems.




- Supporting the sales and marketing team with everyday project tasks.

You do not need previous marketing experience. If you are organised, communicate clearly, enjoy working with people, and are ready to learn, we will provide the training and support to get you started. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, events, or university projects is useful but not required.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Pay: Competitive pay plus performance-based bonuses
