Position: Marketing Expert — Marketing Operations (AI Agent Environments)

Type: Contract Compensation: $60–$100/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities

- Design task briefs based on real marketing operations experience, focusing on planted issues and strong decision-making.
- Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
- Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong from plausible-but-wrong responses.
- Review and evaluate AI agent attempts against personal standards.
- Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize tasks, plan, execute, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.

Qualifications Must-Have

- Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing operations.
- Fluent in CRM tools like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms,



project trackers like Asana or Linear, and support tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
- Explicit written reasoning skills.

Preferred

- Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
