Marketing & Sales Associate The Shutters Inc.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, communicating with customers, generating leads, and closing sales.

Compensation

- $20.00 per hour + commission
- Commission is target-based and will be earned when established sales/marketing targets are met.
- Opportunities for higher earnings based on performance.

Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and potential customers
- Promote our window covering products and services
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential customers
- Assist customers with product selection and provide basic product information
- Schedule appointments and estimates
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Assist with social media and online marketing activities
- Make phone calls, send emails, and conduct customer outreach
- Track sales activities, leads, and results




- Work toward and achieve monthly sales targets

Qualifications
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an asset
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and social media skills
- Must be willing to work toward performance targets
