We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist NOT RMT to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through therapeutic touch and personalized care.

Duties

- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on medical history and personal preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment details and progress notes.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment goals and any adjustments needed during sessions.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the treatment rooms and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new techniques, and best practices in massage therapy.




- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Requirements

- Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy.
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss treatment plans and address client concerns.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not required.
