As such, you will be responsible to manufacture products as per engineering drawings while ensuring compliance with quality standards and ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. Your expertise can make all the difference!

HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to fabricate and assemble window components, subassemblies, and finished products.

Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets while maintaining accuracy, quality and consistency

Gather and verify required materials according to the Bill of Materials (BOM) and job traveler.

Process materials as instructed by cutting, drilling, grinding, milling, and other task as required

Assemble product using specified materials, as outlined in the BOM and work instructions.

Update job packages with actual material usage and ensure all labour or material‑related events are accurately recorded on the job traveler

Handle materials such as, glass, rubber, metal extrusions using proper lifting techniques and safety equipment’s

Safely operate machinery within the department including cut saws, mitre saws, band saws, punch press, crimper and various small power tools

Monitor work‑in‑process and finished goods to ensure they meet or exceed required quality standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production challenges and improve processes.

Follow all company employment standards, policies and guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook

Perform other production related job duties and tasks as assigned.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFIL WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

Qualification & Experience:

High School Diploma with 2 - 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or production environment

Language Skills:

Ability tocommunicate effectively in English, both written & verbal

Technical Skills:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Proficient in using calibrated measuring tools such as tape measure, vernier caliper and angle protractor

Soft Skills:

Strong accuracy, attention to detail and reliability

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time & ability to lift up to 50 pounds + with a team lift
