Responsibilities

- Lead electrical installation and repair projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and building codes.
- Supervise and mentor journeyman electricians and apprentices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan efficient wiring layouts and system configurations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems to identify issues, perform troubleshooting, and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies through meticulous documentation and quality checks.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to schedule work phases, clarify requirements, and deliver exceptional service.




- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, inspections completed, and safety incidents for accountability and future reference.

Qualifications

- Valid Master Electrician license or certification recognized by local authorities.
- Extensive experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical installations and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes (such as NEC), safety standards (OSHA), and best practices in electrical work.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and precision in execution.
- Ability to read technical diagrams accurately and translate plans into practical applications.
- Solid communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
