This role requires skilled automotive mechanics or certified technicians capable of working in a fast-paced production environment while following standardized repair procedures and quality expectations.ResponsibilitiesRemove and replace vehicle radiators following standardized work instructionsDrain and refill coolant systemsConduct leak checks and basic validation testingComplete reassembly work in accordance with operational standardsUtilize hoists/lifts safely and efficientlyWork alongside trainers and production teams to maintain throughput targetsFollow all safety and PPE requirements onsiteSupport continuous improvement efforts as repair procedures evolveRequired QualificationsLicensed Automotive Mechanic OR Automotive Technician CertificationStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on automotive repair experienceAbility to work full shifts, overtime,
