The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and present the value of GoJobs’s unique services.In this role, you will be responsible for outreach, relationship building, and partnership development with companies, HR teams, and hiring managers. You will play a key role in introducing GoJobs’ services and building long-term collaborations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)



to HR managers and company representativesIdentify and develop new B2B partnership opportunitiesPresent GoJobs’ platform and services to potential partners clearly and professionallyMaintain ongoing communication with leads and partnersSupport strategic outreach planning and pipeline organizationRepresent GoJobs in a professional and consistent way in all external communicationTrack outreach activity and follow-ups in an organized mannerMaintaining records in the CRM systemQualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.Confident speaking and writing in English (professional level required)Comfortable with high-volume outreach (cold calling + email communication)Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in an on-site environment.Previous cold outreach / sales development experience is an asset.Familiarity with AI or job-search platforms is a plus.Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.DetailsLocation:In-person, Downtown Vancouver officeCompensation:$18–$20/hourSchedule:Flexible part time hours (to be discussed)#J-18808-Ljbffr
