You thrive in a team environment where you are open to learning from others, adjust to others’ styles, and drive hard to reach shared objectives.QualificationsDiploma in Administration3‑5 years experience in an office setting, preferably within a manufacturing environmentSystem knowledge of MasterControl or a similar eQMS and training in system management and maintenanceStrong understanding of document control, quality processes and compliance in a heavily regulated environmentAdvanced experience using database applications for complex document managementStrong attention to detail and intermediate to advanced experience in a Windows environment, MS Word and MS ExcelWorking knowledge of the requirements of an ISO quality program is an assetAs part of the Corporate IT team, you will propel optimization of the Trudell Medical Group 's electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) to advance its use,
gain efficiency and optimize quality processes and compliance across the company.System Configuration and ProceduresWork closely with the System Administrator as required to advance the use of the system while developing and improving processes for TMG’s use of QMSEnsure maintenance of TMG’s configuration of the QMS applicationAssist in system validation and re‑validation protocols as requiredApply QMS knowledge to ensure process and system complianceCreate TMG’s Quality System documents as required to support all TMG QMS processesHelp to maintain consistent configuration and best practice across all Op CosEnsure continued consistency across the entire eco‑system as changes are implemented at individual sitesMaintain a learning mindset to continuously gain expertise and knowledge in the eQMS systemUser Training and SupportLearn and investigate new eQMS modules and products to target efficiency gains and improve support across all OpCosAssist Op Co SubAdmins as required, to maximize their ability to serve the users (customers)Use knowledge and experience to educate and assist Op Cos by working with Sub Admins, Process Owners and additional IT personnel as requiredMaximize system dashboard capabilities to bring custom dashboards as required to the OpCosEnsure all training and document efforts are realized by liaising with Sub Admins and Departmental LeadsSystem Upgrades and EnhancementsMaximize use of QMS by investigating, recommending,
and implementing new modules across the eco‑systemGain process efficiencies by adjusting the use of existing modules at the various OpCos as requiredApply up‑to‑date knowledge on system capabilitiesGuide and support Op Cos where required as they investigate and implement additional capabilities in QMSGuide OpCos with customization, e.G. e‑Forms and AQEM to support new or improved process implementationsTechnical IssuesResolve system issues by investigating and troubleshooting directly, or engaging eQMS’ support team as requiredProvide professional and timely support on new and escalated tickets as requiredMaintain effective relationship with all MasterControl team membersSalary Range: $68,000 - $80,000Trudell Medical Limited is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities to all teammates.
