As a Member Services Representative (MSR), you are the face of CAA Niagara — the first and lasting impression for our members, whether they walk through our doors or call us on the phone.This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced position where no two days look the same. You’ll wear many hats — from sales advisor and customer support specialist to travel insurance consultant — all while staying on the move and adapting to meet the needs of the day. Your ability to connect, adapt, and create exceptional experiences is what makes you a standout.The hourly wage for this role is $19.74.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent CAA Niagara with professionalism and pride as a brand ambassador.Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, building trust and loyalty with members.Assist members with a variety of services, including membership, insurance, travel programs, and savings initiatives.Flexibly move between tasks, roles, and locations based on daily operational needs.Provide accurate, helpful,
