Cove Properties is looking to expand our sales team with a passionate and energetic individual who will provide our homebuyers with a high level of sales and customer service.

This individual would be responsible for greeting and engaging prospective buyers in our furnished show suites or custom-built sales centers.

From there you would be involved in all aspects of the sales process to design selections and possession.

Our ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills




- Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through
- Knowledge of Current Industry Mortgage Rates and Real Estate Contracts
- Experience in building construction is an asset
- General computer systems knowledge (Knowledge of Hubspot CRM would be an asset)
- Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Sales Experience
- Weekend work will be required
