and MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) processes are deployed on the projects, tailored to the customer needs, and compliant with the applicable standards (ARP, MIL-STD …).From the preliminary design phases, and throughout the entire ATA32 lifecycle, contribute to the definition and execution of a comprehensive system development logic supporting predesign, design and sustaining activities.Support the presentation of technical status and results to customers, authorities and internal stakeholders.But what else? (advantages, specificities, etc.) As part of the Systems Architecture and Integration department, the Systems Architect contributes to the requirements and architecture development of aircraft landing gear and braking systems (ATA32) on commercial, business and military platforms.Based in Ajax, ON this role will be involved in any Systems Architecture and Integration activities in North America, and support U.S. Military proposals.Candidate skills & requirements Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline); master's degree is an asset.Hard skills:Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles applied to complex, safety critical and highly integrated aircraft systems.Knowledge of aircraft landing gear and braking systems, products and technologies (hydromechanical, electrical, avionics).Experience in aerospace development processes: ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-178, DO-254, DO-160; U.S. Military standards: MIL-STD-882, MIL-STD-810 …Experience in requirements management, development, validation and verification; system architecture development using models; system integration and verification.Familiarity with Requirements and Model-Based Systems Engineering (RBE, MBSE) methods using tools such as DOORS, Cameo (UML/SysML),
