As a Warehouse Representative, you'll play an essential role in keeping our distribution centre running smoothly while helping ensure our customers receive their orders accurately, safely, and on time.This is an active, hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team-oriented team, and likes to stay moving throughout the day. From shipping and receiving to inventory counts and order processing, you'll be a key contributor to a safe, organized, and customer‑focused warehouse operation.The Warehouse Representative is responsible for a variety of daily warehouse activities including shipping and receiving, picking and packing orders, restocking product, and maintaining accurate inventory. You'll work with material handling equipment and warehouse systems to ensure orders are processed efficiently and safely, while upholding our high standards for accuracy, cleanliness, and teamwork.Core ResponsibilitiesShipping, Receiving and Order FulfillmentPerform shipping and receiving duties, including manually picking, loading, and unloading customer ordersPick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery timelinesEnsure all pick tickets and documentation are completed correctly, double‑checked, and signed as requiredInventory and Warehouse OperationsMaintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepanciesInspect incoming and stored inventory for damage and maintain clear, accurate recordsRestock shelves and assist with sample production as requiredLearn and use ERP systems and hand‑held scanners to support daily operationsEquipment, Safety and HousekeepingSafely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and related tools,



with training provided if neededConduct pre‑ and post‑use equipment inspections and report defects to the appropriate lead or supervisorMaintain a clean, organized, and secure work area in accordance with safety standards and housekeeping requirementsFollow all Health and Safety policies, COR initiatives, and safe work practices, contributing to continuous workplace improvementTeamwork and Customer FocusWork collaboratively with warehouse teammates and alongside the Inside Sales team to support customer ordersChampion excellent customer service through accuracy, reliability, and a positive, team‑first attitudeTake ownership of your work while actively participating in a supportive, safety‑focused team environmentAssist with additional duties as requiredQualificationsPrevious warehouse or distribution experience is an asset, but not requiredForklift and reach truck experience or certification is a nice‑to‑have — training can be providedSuccessful completion of a background check will be requiredCompetenciesStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to communicate effectively and to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to demonstrate initiativeReliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a rapid‑paced warehouse environmentPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to safely lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 80 lbs (bona fide occupational requirement)Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks including picking, packing, and loadingAbility to bend, reach, crouch, and use hands and arms to handle materials and equipmentAbility to operate warehouse tools and equipment, including hand‑held scanners and material handling equipmentAbility to communicate effectively and respond to safety cuesVisual ability sufficient to safely perform warehouse tasksAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels#J-18808-Ljbffr
