Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Perform basic automotive mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and assist with vehicle inspections.
- Remove and replace automatic and manual transmissions.
- Perform transmission-related repairs and component replacements.
- Safely use automotive tools, lifts, diagnostic equipment, and shop equipment.
- Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.




- Communicate professionally with the team and assist with other shop duties as required.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- Hands-on experience with transmission removal and installation.
- Good understanding of basic automotive mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.

Experience with transmissions is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is motivated, hardworking, and interested in becoming a valuable part of a specialized transmission repair team. Pay: $19.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
