At Atlantic, your ideas matter, your growth is supported and your work makes a real impact.The OpportunityThe Corrugated Structural Design Manager reports to the Director of Sales Operations, is responsible for enhance the work environment and leading the corrugated design team to be ‘Best in Class’ creation, innovation and application of corrugated design elements and packaging solutions. Ensure the design team is an integral part of our growth by design strategy by having the end in mind as it concerns our clients, which directly impact customer experience. Collaborate with designers, graphic artists, customer service, estimating, sales, and production teams. Support and interact with clients to refine designs and troubleshoot issues.What you'll doLeading thestructuraldesignteam andprocess from concept to completion, providing technical direction and guidance to designers(Corrugated Packaging Specialist)as neededEmployee engagement scores aregood but could be better.
