OverviewMultimatic Advanced Manufacturing Technologies is seeking a Composites Technician to help design and build advanced composite components used in automotive and motorsport applications. You will learn laminating and cutting-edge skills with advanced materials, and gain experience with technologies such as autoclaves, molds, carbon fiber layups, structural bonding, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning how to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclaveWorking with autoclaves and ovens to cure composite materialsGetting hands-on experience in the building and assembly of composite components and substructuresCutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to accurate specificationsGaining knowledge in how to interpret lamination and assembly manualsGrowing your abilities in helping create master molds and patternsMaintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detailCollaborating closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectationsKeeping your work area safe, clean, and organizedParticipating in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, GEAR and ISO-based processesWhat We’re Looking ForWith training, you are comfortable using sanders, grinders, cutters, drills, gram scales, scissors,
