We are committed to environmental sustainability, superior quality and excellent customer service.Position SummaryThe Ontario Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth across our service areas. This role combines field prospecting, outbound outreach, and consultative selling to deliver high-quality service solutions to foodservice establishments of all sizes.Position Tasks and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue recent business opportunities within the restaurant, hospitality, grocery, and food production sectorsGenerate leads through cold calling, field canvassing, networking, and digital outreachConduct on-site visits to evaluate customer needs and present service offeringsPrepare and deliver proposals that highlight our collection, recycling, and environmental compliance servicesManage and nurture a pipeline of prospective accounts using CRM toolsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsCollaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfactionRepresent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows,
