The Auto Body Apprentice works with all team members to achieve the repair facilities' KPIs.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.Repair vehicles as per insurance guidelines and our quality standards.Inspect and disassemble the vehicle to determine all damages at the beginning of the repair.Repair minor damage to vehicle’s body panels.Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components and vehicle accessories.Reassemble vehicle once repairs are complete.Inspect completed work to ensure the repair is up to quality standards.Shadow a Licensed Auto Body Technician to perform repairs.Actively pursue learning opportunities and apply newly gained knowledge to tasks, contributing to high-quality work and continuous improvement.Minimum Education And/or Experience Required For The JobHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program.Minimum 1 year of Auto Body Technician experience.Required Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesWelding experience (MIG, TIG welding).Other Requirements: Travel, Physical Requirements,
