The Director of Operations plays a central leadership role in ensuring that our facilities, systems, staff and day to day operations support this mission.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Director of Operations who will provide strong, practical, day to day leadership at Alberta Pioneer Camp. This role directly reports to the General Director and oversees onsite staff.



The Director of Operations ensures that our facilities, systems, and operational practices are secure, efficient, well maintained, and aligned with InterVarsity’s mission and standards.This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys problem solving, and is committed to stewarding camp property and resources with excellence.Employment is conditional upon a clear police reference check.
