Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for healthcare providers
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle patient inquiries
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ensure the front office and waiting area are tidy and welcoming

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a medical office setting
- Proficiency with EMR systems and basic office software (Telus PS Suite, Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
