Foot Forward Clinic is a growing chiropody (foot care) clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. We're currently seeking a Medical Receptionist & Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity.

This is a key front-desk position where you'll be the first point of contact for our patients—setting the tone for their experience from the moment they walk in. We’re looking for someone who brings both professionalism and warmth, thrives in a detail-oriented role, and takes pride in making things run smoothly.

LOOKING FOR MONDAYS 1-8pm and Wednesdays 3-8pm shifts

What You’ll Be Doing

- Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings for one or more chiropodists
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately
- Confirm insurance details and assist with billing questions
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and well-stocked
- Support back-office functions: light cleaning between patients, restocking treatment rooms and supplies
- Help ensure a seamless flow for the day and create a positive clinic environment for both patients and staff
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed

Who You Are

- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred (chiropody, physiotherapy, walk-in, family practice, etc.)




- Strong communication and customer service skills—empathetic, friendly, and clear
- Comfortable using phone systems and EMR software (we use JaneApp—training provided)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-through
- Able to multitask in a rapid-paced environment with a calm, solution-focused approach
- Proactive and eager to contribute to the overall patient experience and clinic growth
