Job Summary The Member Experience Associate plays an important role in creating the warm, welcoming and exceptional experience our members expect at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness.

This is a dual-studio position supporting both our Bur Oak Markham and Woodbine Markham locations. Team members will have the opportunity to work across both studios, helping us build a consistent and engaging member experience within our growing Markham community.

As part of our Member Experience team, you will be one of the first points of connection for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented and genuinely enjoys connecting with people while contributing to a positive, energetic studio environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional, friendly service to members and guests.
- Welcome members into the studio and help create a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
- Respond to member inquiries by phone, text, email and in person, in a professional and helpful manner.




- Help maintain the studio’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organization.
- Contribute to member engagement and retention initiatives via Social Media and studio events.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, coachable mindset with high integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset.
- Dependable, organized and attentive to detail.
- A collaborative, team-player mentality with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
