Also, estimators inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles, documents and parts needed for repairs. The Estimator works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.Write accurate estimates for the damage of vehicle and repairs to be completedProvide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair processEnsure ASE is updated accurately with key details from every customer interactionEnsure compliance with all insurance requirementsCommunicate all customer requests and needs to the appropriate team membersParticipate in daily “production walks” with the Management TeamAttend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store ManagerBuild customer relationships and apply learning to maximize KPI performance (Sales/ GP/ EBITDA/ BHPD/ NPS,
