We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to head our field operations for upcoming multifamily residential projects in Calgary and the surrounding area.ResponsibilitiesSupervise, schedule, and mentor a field crew of 5–15 electricians and apprentices, fostering a productive and positive work environment.Collaborate closely with General Contractors and other sub-trades (framing, mechanical, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow and maintain project timelines.Accurately read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams, ensuring all installations strictly adhere to the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC).Oversee material take-offs and tool inventories. Execute precise layouts for suites, common areas, and service rooms.Champion company safety policies, conduct daily hazard assessments,
