# Business Logistics Coordinator – Transportation & Freight OperationsMaan0005 Transportation Inc.Full TimemidHybridCAPosted Yesterday## Job DescriptionMaan0005 Transportation Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Logistics Coordinator to join our growing transportation and freight operations team in Toronto, Ontario.This hybrid role is ideal for a logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced transportation environment and enjoys coordinating shipments, supporting operational efficiency, communicating with clients and carriers, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations.We are looking for a motivated team player with strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in transportation, freight coordination, dispatch support, or logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate and monitor daily transportation and freight operations* Schedule pickups, deliveries, and shipment appointments* Communicate with drivers, carriers, brokers, customers, and warehouse teams* Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams* Maintain accurate transportation records, invoices,



and shipping documentation* Assist with route planning and load coordination* Support dispatch and logistics planning activities* Resolve shipment delays, delivery issues, and operational concerns in a qualified manner* Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company procedures* Monitor operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement* Prepare reports and update logistics databases and systems* Support customer service and client relationship management activitiesQualifications & Requirements* Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight coordination, dispatch, or supply chain operations preferred* Strong organizational and multitasking skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook* Experience using logistics, dispatch, or transportation management software is an asset* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment* Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset* Post-secondary education in logistics, business, transportation, or a related field is considered an assetPay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year### Benefits* Life insurance* Paid time off* Work from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Caledon, ON#J-18808-Ljbffr
